Thanks for shopping at Ministry Wellness Report. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Cancellations
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment for a debrief, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Refunds
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will not result in a cancellation fee. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. In the vent you are unsatified with the Wellness Report please contact us for a full refund up to 30 days from time of purchase.
