REV. Kurt Peters

Kurt is an ordained pastor with nearly two decades of experience coaching, counselling, mentoring and supervising christian ministry workers. He is a trained pastor, counsellor and supervisor registered with Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAOS).

Kurt is the Director of Red Sheep a pastoral supervision organisation​ that supports ministry workers in diverse christian minstries to thrive and endure. 

In 2017, Kurt burned out as a consequence of increased ministry stress and undiagnosed early stage Parkinson's disease. It was during that time he met Dr Grant Bickerton. Grant's use of the Ministry Wellness Report gave Kurt the insight he needed to know what was going wrong and make the changes to his ministry practice.

In 2021, Kurt approached Grant to team up to develop Grants assessment to enable ministry workers to get the insight they need to minister for the long haul. Kurt's vision is to see ministry workers get insight and help to thrive and endure in ministry.
